2018 ich muss eine Wurzel entfernen lassen - I have to have a root removed

Nachdem ich alles mögliches in den letzten Jahren, durch die schlampige Arbeit der Klinik Hahs in Stettin, Polen erlebt habe und ich in den letzten 3 Jahren nicht mehr gepostet habe, melde ich mich wieder.
Da ein Wurzel die eine Krone trug abgebrochen ist.

Die Krone ist nicht mehr zu retten und die Wurzel muss entfernt werden.
Zur Erinnerung: Der Zahnstummel wurde bei der Klinik Hahs in Stettin, Polen in April 2011 zu kurz geschliffen und dadurch nicht genügend Stabilität bot.

After experiencing all sorts of things in recent years, through the sloppy work of the Hahs Clinic in Szczecin and having not posted in the last 3 years, I am back in touch.

As a root wearing a crown was broken off.

The crown can no longer be saved and the root must be removed.

As a reminder, the tooth stump was cut too short at the Hahs Clinic in Szczecin, Poland in April 2011, which did not provide enough stability.
